Justin Bonello is a cook, traveller, filmmaker, urban farmer and entrepreneur. Born in Durban, South Africa, he grew up in Cape Town but always found his sanity on the road, outside, cooking.

He's created more than 20 shows that have aired worldwide and published 7 recipe books - burning his fingers on the open fire for longer than he can remember.

Currently, he is sowing seeds for an NPO he started, Neighbourhood Farm and filming a documentary on Leopards in the Cape Fold Mountains.
